Powerland's 33kW high-efficiency BBU Shelf is an advanced backup power solution for delivering short term power continuity for critical systems during grid outages. Featuring a compact 33kW form factor, this shelf is optimized for space-constrained environments while delivering robust power protection. Modular design supports parallel expansion and hot-swappable for flexible runtime. Embedded Power Management Module (PMM) utilizes the Modbus protocol to communicate with the rack's Power Supply Units (PSUs) and Battery Backup Units (BBUs), specifically designed for supercomputers and high-performance server applications. This integration enables advanced power monitoring, intelligent load balancing, and seamless failover capabilities, critical for maintaining uninterrupted operation in high-availability computing environments.. Built-in BMS for real-time monitoring of voltage, temperature, State of Charge/State of Health (SOC/SOH), with fault alerts and auto-protection. With a 33kW output capacity, it ensures seamless operation during grid outages, ideal for medium-to-high-density power scenarios. This backup power module can also be easily adopted in applications such as communication, High Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence Data Center (AIDC) etc.
Powerland's 2kW DC/DC Power Modules is an isolated DC/DC module power supply with PMBus communication for super computer and high performance server applications. With a fixed 8:1 power converting ratio, this converter transfers power from a 380V DC bus to a 48V/2kW output with ultra high efficiency and high power density. The 2kw DC/DC module can be paralleled to supply more current for the downstream POL modules and power-hungry xPUs, its compact form factor provides more freedom for the power train of future high performance computers and server systems. This power module can also be easily adopted in applications such as industry, communication, testing, and traffic, etc.
Powerland's PLD1000-BX-48-12 is a high efficiency non-isolated LLC-DCX power card with fixed 4:1 ratio, operating from 40-60V DC primary bus voltage to 10-15V output voltage and can deliver up to 1000W continuous power at typical 54V input voltage. It is designed to support Artificial Intelligence applications and can also be used for other high-power IBC requirements which have limited board space available.

This is the 1st 15kw liquid cooling power supply for super-computing/high performance server in the world, it accepts 180~528Vac 3 phase input and delivers 48V/15kw power at its output. With advanced high-frequency power electronics design and digital control techniques, plus 3D mechanical and thermal optimizations, this 15kw power supply realized the highest power density in the industry so far, and its high efficiency complies with 80+ Titanium standard. Moreover, thanks to the liquid cooling and improved thermal management, low line de-rating in general CRPS products is minimized or avoided in this 15kw power supply. Up to 4 of the 15kw power supplies in parallel can pump out 60kW/1250A power to the 48V DC bus, which brings great continence to the downstream power delivery path's implementation and significantly increases the system density and efficiency. At present, the 15kw PSU power supply has achieved mass production and supply.
